Throughout the years of meeting in countless spaces, I have clearly observed music’s transforming power on our inner well-being.
And while music can tell stories, and stories could be told through music, there is Sound, which goes beyond our standard comprehension and requires much more investigation.
It has been my wish to explore this potential deeper, in a more focused environment, and move from static listening somewhere in a concert hall to active participation in the journey of sound.
After over a decade, I’m re-activating this possibility, which has taken the shape of a 3-hour journey called Internal Flight Experience. In this space, we dive into sound waves, their dynamic, spontaneous bodily movements, vocalised release, breath awareness and silence.
This upgraded format of the Internal Flight Experience creates a safe space where we can let go of physical and mental tensions, express emotions, shake off what no longer serves our well-being, step onto a path of healing and self-discovery, revive unrealised dreams and imagine fresh possibilities.
