INTERNAL FLIGHT EXPERIENCE

An inner exploration with Estas Tonne and BEN AYLON

Internal Flight Experience, in its format of 3-hour inner exploration, invites one to progress from merely static listening to active participation, during which we dive into sound and its dynamics, spontaneous bodily movements, breath awareness, and silence, releasing physical and mental tensions with a purpose of an inner shift.

This is an event in which there is no separation between audience and musician, the boundaries are mixed and the invitation is to release from all the chains and allow the body and mind to merge with the sounds.
